After graduating from Southwestern University School of Law in the heart of Los Angeles,  I started my career with a boutique litigation firm in Los Angeles.  This small firm gave me hands on experience in every aspect of my cases and allowed me to give our clients the personal attention that a large firm can’t.

I focus on only two areas: Employment Law and Personal Injury. My practice is limited to representing only plaintiffs and I have no sympathy for employers who violate the law and take advantage of their loyal employees or insurance companies who try to pay injured claimants as little as possible.

I bring my broad range of experience into every matter I handle.  As an attorney in private practice, my focus is on litigation. As an attorney with the State of California, I served as Special Counsel at the Department of Motor Vehicles and Chief Counsel and CEO of the California Lottery.  As in house legal advisor for 12 years, I gave expert advice on matters including  employment law, multi-million dollar contracts, government regulations, and professional licenses.

I reside in Elk Grove, California with my wife and three children.
